Return Policy
All sales are final once a transfer is pressed. Because DTF transfers and digital downloads are printed and delivered per order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your transfer arrives damaged or there's a printing error, reach out through Contact Us with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Custom Orders
Custom transfers are made specifically for you and are final sale unless there's a printing error. See How Custom Orders Work for the full process.
