How long does a custom order take?
Most custom transfers ship within 2-3 business days after your artwork is approved.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG or PDF files up to 25MB. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI or higher gives the cleanest, sharpest print.
Can you clean up or fix my file?
Yes — our team reviews every upload and will touch up small issues like stray pixels or low-quality edges before printing.
Do you print photos, not just logos?
